Thanks to those that presented at forum tonight.
Ben Brown shared their crew's high adventure spotlight - their bike trip, with a video link here.
Dan Maxwell then discussed with us different ideas for weekly crew activities. Regardless of religious affiliation, the link found here: https://www.lds.org/youth/activities?lang=eng lists a number of different activity suggestions (the page had been different at our meeting; looks like it's been updated and, well, a little busier now. Look at the bottom of the page under 'Categories.')

August Forum Summary
Welcome back to forum for the fall. Thanks to all who attended.
Steve Howard from Gilbert 3rd Ward (Crew 9383) presented about their high adventure activity in New Mexico at the dude ranch Black Range Cavalcade - http://www.zianet.com/4jranch/Cavalcade.htm
Here's the link to the presentation summary: link
Our guest speaker was stuck with a court case, so I shared his slideshow on Arizona Hikes. You can find the presentation here. This is a great resource for places to take your crews hiking in AZ.
Don't forget that nominations are open for our District Awards ceremony for December. These nominations are due by October. Click here to go to the nominations page.
Thanks for all you do for your youth. Hope to see you next month too.

April Forum Summary
Thanks to those that brought dutch oven dishes, and for the rest that came to forum to eat and enjoy with us.
Once the chefs email me their recipes, I'll make a recipe link so you can download your favorites.
Of all the years we've done this, I think overall this year had the tastiest dishes - many thanks!
The contest winners were:
Main dish: Derrick Dickerson, Gilbert 3rd Ward - Dutch Oven Fajitas
Dessert dish: Rick Wilson, Fairview Ward - Scratch Brownies
Enjoy the month. We'll look forward to seeing you in May for our last forum before summer break.
